Joanne is a 1988 graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage. She has been an instructor there since 1989. She also graduated from the Polarity Realization Institue PRI) with an advanced program certificate in Polarity in 1995. In 2000, she completed PRI's specialized (chakra clearing) certification as a RYSE (Realizing Your Sublime Energy) practioner under the apprenticeship of Nancy Risley.

Michael McGillicuddy is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is the President of USA Pro-Sports, a continuing education company, which conducts workshops throughout the world. Michael is also an internationally recognized speaker and has spoken in the USA, Europe and Australia. Michael specializes in Pain Management and Sports Massage and is the Author of "Massage For Sports Performance" published by Human Kinetics. He graduated from the Florida School of Massage Therapy in Gainesville, Florida in 1984. He teaches and practices massage therapy at his school The Central Florida School of Massage Therapy. Michael designed and conducts a sports internship program at the University of Central Florida for graduate students of massage therapy. In 1996 Michael was selected as an Athlete's Medical Service Volunteer working in the Atlanta Olympic Village Athletic Training Room. He is a past State President of the Florida State Massage Association and is a founding member of the FSMTA Spa Committee. Michael is an International educator and has conducted Sports, recovery and pain management massage training's at top spas throughout the United States.

After teaching Biology and English internationally, in Europe, Asia, Central America and the Eastern United States, Sharon made a career change into the wellness field in 1986. She attended massage school in Northern California and then graduated from the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy and Healthbuilders School of Massage Therapy in St. Augustine, FL. Along with overseeing the function of DAYBREAK Geriatric Massage Institute, she has a private practice and does volunteer hospice work. She travels extensively throughout the US and internationally teaching the DAY-BREAK Geriatric Massage Level 1 and Level 2 workshops in massage schools and community colleges.
